I started at Sarbs Communications as the sole embedded engineer and built the entire R&D function from scratch — growing it into a 10-person team, shipping telecom-grade monitoring systems, and rising to R&D Manager. In 2026, I channelled that experience into founding Caretron — a Medical Healthtech startup solving a deeply personal problem: how can children living far from home ensure their elderly parents take the right medicine at the right time?
Our flagship product Kairon is a smart IoT medicine reminder box — currently piloting with 20 active users, prototype complete, and production-ready. Alongside Caretron, I also founded Aurexiot Systems, a B2B IoT company that has already delivered 1,150 units to Hithium BD in 2026. I personally own the hardware on both — designing circuits, writing firmware, and leading strategy simultaneously.
